Following on from the McConnell Shield cross country race in Ballyclare on Saturday, we have updated the Masters League tables. Event three of the league will be the Seeley Cup on 29th November.
After that, the remaining six league fixtures are:
Derry Cross Country (13th December)
NI Masters and Intermediate Cross Country (24th January)
Malcolm Cup (1st February)
Stormont Cross Country (14th February)
Bay Road 5k (date tbc)
Queens 5k (date tbc)
Your best six results will count towards your total score. The top three athletes in each age category will win a prize at the annual presentation dinner.
