Following on from the Seeley Cup on Saturday, we have updated the Masters League tables. Event four of the league will be the Derry Cross Country (13th December).
After that, the remaining league fixtures are:
NI Masters and Intermediate Cross Country (24th January)
Malcolm Cup (1st February)
Stormont Cross Country (14th February)
Bay Road 5k (date tbc)
Queens 5k (date tbc)
Your best six results will count towards your total score. The top three athletes in each age category will win a prize at the annual presentation dinner.
