The Northern Ireland Masters Track and Field League offers members the opportunity to submit their results via an online portal throughout the season. Each result will be verified and given an age-graded percentage score. A league table will be produced and updated regularly for each section. The top three age-graded athletes in each section at the end of the season will receive a prize at the NIMAA Annual Dinner Awards.
Rules and further details:
The five sections are: a). Throws, b). Jumps, c). Sprints and Hurdles, d). Middle Distance and Steeplechase, e). Endurance. The current league tables are at the foot of this page.

Any result submitted must be available to be verified on the Power of 10, Athletics Ireland, European or World Masters websites.
The season will run from 1st January to 31st October and include both indoor and outdoor meetings.
