The next Inter-Area Indoor Track and Field match against Wales, Scotland and the regions of England is on Saturday 14th March 2026 at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, London. (please note the Irish Masters Indoors is 15th March).
This year the team scored a NI record of 176 points and with Ryanair’s return flight now a couple of hours later, athletes will be able to take part in the relay’s too.
This is a team event where everybody who competes will score points. Therefore, we encourage athletes and members of all abilities to apply, so we can fill as many events and age groups as possible.
Age Groups (35-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
Events: (Long Jump, 60m Hurdles, 1500m, 400m, Shot Put, Pole Vault, 60m, Triple Jump, 800m, 200m, 2000m Walk, Long Jump, High Jump, 4 x 200m Relay)
